The Basketball Federation of Serbia named today in Belgrade Dusan Ivkovic as the new head coach of Serbia's national basketball team in the forthcoming four-year period.

Ivkovic was appointed as successor to Zoran Slavnic.
As a coach of Yugoslavia, Ivkovic won three European titles - 1989, 1991 and 1995, gold medal at the 1998 World Championship in Athens, and silver medal at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.
