The most efficient players in the Serbian team were Dušan Mandić and captain Nikola Jakšić with three goals each, while Miloš Ćuk and Strahinja Rašović scored two each. Milan Glušac was a fantastic goalkeeper, with 14 saves.
Serbia is at the top of the group with 11 points and will play for first place in the last round against Montenegro. Spaniards and Hungarians have nine each and a direct duel will decide who will advance to the semifinals.
