Short movie “Goblen” (Tapestry) authored by Bojan Vuletic from Serbia-Montenegro won the international movie award for the best short and feature-length movie.
The award granted by Amnesty International NGO was handed over last night at the festival in Istra, Croatia. This is the first time that Amnesty International grants the award for protection and promotion of human rights at this festival.
This award was first introduced in late 2002 in Amsterdam, while the Berlin film festival will introduce it in 2005.
This organisation thus wants to contribute to promoting the movie as the means for protection of human rights and support the work of their activists.
