Naumov stressed that the knowledge of Cypriot history gives us strength to persevere in the fight for preservation of Kosovo within Serbia’s borders, which is now the most important task.
Kozakou-Marcoullis presented Naumov with problems in Cyprus, noting that there are similarities with controlling the state territory, protection of citizens and preservation of historical, cultural and material goods.
She also said that Serbia and Cyprus share common positions concerning the respect of international law and the UN Charter.
Participants of the meeting concluded that this exchange of experience is a welcome step toward defending civilisation legacy based on multinational, multicultural and multi-confessional society founded on EU principles.
