The government demanded that the application of a law on property ownership register, passed by the Kosovo parliament, be stopped, and said it will set up a commission with the Coordinating Centre for Kosovo-Metohija to probe all legal, economic and political consequences of the law's enforcement.
The government also approved a bill on changes and amendments to the Law on court tax and forwarded it to the parliament for immediate adoption. The bill aims to allow for appropriating part of court tax revenues for raising salaries of employees at domestic courts and public prosecutor's offices in order to improve the efficiency of judiciary bodies.
It further decided to withdraw 61 bills and three draft regulations submitted to the parliament for debate prior to the new government's appointment.
The government appointed Nevena Vitosevic as the new Deputy Minister of Religion and Milan Brdar as the Deputy Minister of Education and Sport.
The assistant ministers of finance, economy, culture, and education and sport were relieved of their posts.
Ljubomir Protic and Miroslav Pilipovic were appointed as new assistant ministers of education and sport, Lidija Smiljanic was named the Assistant Minister of Finance and Petar Pavlovic the Assistant Minister of Economy. Gordana Lukic was appointed as the new Assistant Minister of Trade, Tourism and Services. Predrag Sladojevic, Suzana Djordjevic-Milosevic and Goran Zivkov are the new assistant ministers of agriculture, forestry and water management.
Aleksandar Krstic was relieved of his post as director of the customs administration and replaced by Dragan Jerinic.
The government also relieved the president and members of the council of the Agency for debt insurance, bank rehabilitation, bankruptcy and liquidation of their offices. Deputy Minister of Finance Vesna Dzinic is the new director of the agency's council. Minister of Finance Mladjan Dinkic, National Bank of Serbia (NBS) Vice Governor Dusan Stojanovic, Advisor to the NBS Governor Mira Eric-Jovic, Deputy Minister of Justice Zora Simovic, Deputy Minister of Finance Vesna Arsic and Assistant Minister of Finance Goran Andjelic were appointed as council members.
Nikola Pavic was relieved of his post as deputy director of the Serbian health insurance bureau.
Radimla Milivojevic was named the Secretary of the European Union Accession Office.
