Loncar told a press conference that the government is united in its stand regarding all five points of its policy, which proves the declaration in the Serbian Constitution that Kosovo-Metohija is an unalienable part of Serbia.
According to Loncar, the government conducted such a policy in the first 100 days of work and will continue to do so.
Minister Loncar said that the government at its session today unanimously accepted the initiative by Minister of Infrastructure Velimir Ilic that the full text of the concessions contract on the construction of the Horgos – Pozega highway should be made available to the public.
He explained that all annexes of the agreement will be displayed on the government’s official website as soon as technical preparations are completed, adding that the said document was drafted solely in the interest of Serbia and there are no controversial details in it.
The government also brought a Decision to announce a competition for funds from the National Investment Plan (NIP) for 2008, as well as the Decision on criteria for approving NIP projects, Loncar pointed out.
He stressed that the Bill on confirming the contract of guarantees between Serbia and the European Investment Bank (EIB) was passed, whose adoption will make it possible to proceed with the renovation of Serbian railway.
The Minister said that a Decision was brought to provide financial support for the development of the municipality of Boljevac from the budget, which shows the government’s readiness to help underdeveloped areas.
The Bill on the state seal of the Republic of Serbia and the Bill on the seal of state for other organs were also passed at today’s session, said Loncar.
