At a joint conference in the Serbian government building, Petrovic said that the case is being led in line with the Law on criminal procedure and cannot be handed over since the sentence to imprisonment will most likely exceed ten years.
Colak said that the judiciary of Bosnia and Herzegovina cannot be satisfied with such stance but added he is pleased with Petrovic's words that investigation on Jurisic will be speedy, therefore it will soon be known whether the indictment charges will be brought up.
The justice ministers announced an alteration in the convention on providing international legal assistance in criminal and citizen procedures, which may help improve the direct communication between courts and speed up the procedures.
Colak stated that the meeting was extremely consequential and that it should be a turning point for even better cooperation between their ministries which would contribute to the improvement of overall relations between Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Petrovic said that satisfactory relations with Bosnia and Herzegovina are very important for Serbia and the judiciary is a highly important segment of it.
