Serbian Minister of Education and Sport Slobodan Vuksanovic and Rector of the Belgrade University Branko Kovacevic stated that the University of Belgrade is about to adopt a series of rule books regulating disciplinary responsibility of students and professors as well as ethical code of conduct.

Kovacevic explained in a press conference that the Rule book on taking examinations as well as the Rule book on disciplinary responsibility of students and professors will be passed by universities whereas common rules are to be adopted by the Conference of Serbian Universities KONUS.
The Rule book on disciplinary responsibility of professors should be adopted by the Senate, the Rule book on ethical code is in the making whereas the Rule book on ethical code of conduct is yet to be drafted, the Rector said.
Vuksanovic stated that all exams should be taken publicly, before a commission of at least two members.
Written part of the exam should be introduced wherever possible, the Minister said and added that these measures should prevent abuses at university.
