Serbian State Secretary of Health Nevena Karanovic, Assistant Minister of Education and Sport Bogoljub Lazarevic and Japanese Ambassador to Belgrade Tadashi Nagai signed today contracts on a Japanese donation of over €193,000 to Knjazevac health centre and elementary schools in Dimitrovgrad and Bela Palanka.
Following the signing Ambassador Nagai addressed the press and said that €69,000 will go to the Knjazevac health centre for the purpose of procuring medical equipment for gynecology and intensive care wards.
As for the schools, the Ambassador said that €71,000 will be used for the reconstruction of the roof and classrooms in Mosa Pijade elementary school in Dimitrovgrad, whereas €53,000 will go towards the reconstruction of the heating system at Ljupce Spanac elementary school in Bela Palanka.
