Interior ministers of Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina will attend the meeting to be held in Brussels.
In an interview for today's edition of the Vecernje Novosti daily, Miscevic said that individual technical rounds of talks with each delegation will begin the following day.
She said that the Serbian negotiating team, which will be headed by Minister of Interior Dragan Jocic, will discuss visa relaxations with EU negotiators on December 1 and the first round of talks on the readmission agreement will be held three days later.
Miscevic recalled that visa costs will not increase after January 1, 2007 and that the price for all citizen categories will remain €35. However, visa relaxations have been envisaged for four categories: students, experts, businesspeople and government officials.
According to Miscevic, the new Serbian passport is a very important condition for visa relaxations which is why interior ministry representatives will present the activities related with the new law on travelling papers and the introduction of biometric standards.
Miscevic said that talks on visa relaxations will not take long, adding that the agreement could be initialled early next spring.
She concluded that the agreement on visa relaxations should have provisions similar to the ones in bilateral agreements on readmission which are already in force in certain EU states.
