Prime Minister Professor Đuro Macut, MD, DSc, today held a meeting with representatives of the relevant ministries to review progress in implementing the commitments set out in the Reform Agenda of the Republic of Serbia.

Macut stated that accelerating European integration and effectively implementing the planned reforms are among the Serbian government’s priorities, adding that all line authorities are fully committed to achieving these goals.
The meeting reviewed the level of progress in fulfilling commitments across individual areas and identified the next steps needed to ensure that all planned activities are carried out.
The Prime Minister stressed that full coordination among the relevant institutions and additional engagement in areas where implementation of the planned measures needs to be accelerated are essential.
Macut emphasised that the reforms are not merely a formal obligation in the European Union accession process, but also an important prerequisite for making institutions more efficient and improving citizens’ quality of life.
