Minister of Religion visits Subotica

Serbian Minister of Religion Milan Radulovic visited Subotica today and met with President of Subotica Municipality Gez Kucer to discuss cooperation of local administration with churches and religious communities in Subotica.
Radulovic said after the meeting that he suggested to the mayor to increase funds for churches and religious communities next year as they positively influence the city’s cultural, spiritual and social life.
The Minister recalled that 20 million dinars has been allocated from the National Investment Plan for building a theological faculty while for the reconstruction of the Subotica synagogue the state set aside 8 million dinars and will also provide 12 million next year.
