Macut said that Serbia is today positioning itself as a country of stability, economic predictability and rapid development, emphasising that a strong partnership between the state and businesses is key to the country’s further progress.
I am very pleased that today we are opening the first Business Summit organised by Euronews Serbia, at a time when dialogue, trust and partnership between the state and businesses are more important than ever, said the Prime Minister.
He underlined that no serious vision of development can be realised without close cooperation between institutions, businesses and the financial sector, assessing that it is of particular importance that decision-makers, investors and creators of new economic value have gathered in one place.
Speaking about the summit’s theme, “A Vision in the Making”, the Prime Minister emphasised that it best describes the moment in which Serbia finds itself - between major global challenges and a historic opportunity for further economic growth and modernisation.
The Prime Minister expressed his belief that the discussions and panels within the summit will contribute to the creation of new partnerships, the launch of specific projects and an even stronger connection between the state and the business community.
He wished the participants successful work and said that the government will continue to be a reliable partner to businesses, investors and everyone who contributes to the economic development of the country.
