Prime Minister Professor Đuro Macut, MD, DSc, today congratulated Prime Minister of Hungary Péter Magyar on assuming office.
Serbia and Hungary today share the responsibility, in times of numerous challenges, to preserve stability, security and development prospects for our citizens and the region as a whole, Macut stated, adding that this is precisely why he believes that dialogue, mutual respect and close cooperation are the best path towards further strengthening relations between the two countries.
The Prime Minister emphasised that Serbia will continue to pursue a good-neighbourly policy based on trust, understanding and projects that connect the two friendly states and peoples.
I am convinced that through joint efforts we will further advance cooperation in areas of mutual interest and contribute to a more stable and prosperous Europe, Macut stated.
