Opening the “Za srce više” counselling centre as part of the National Fertility Campaign, Macut emphasised that as a doctor and Prime Minister, he believes that reproductive health is an issue of the utmost importance.
The Prime Minister said that the counselling centre provides citizens with reliable information and expert support, and confirmed that the state will continue to invest in education and the availability of services, so that everyone has equal opportunities for family planning.
Macura pointed out that the establishment of the counselling centre is an important step in breaking taboos and raising awareness about fertility issues, especially among young people.
The Minister emphasised that as a society we have a responsibility to provide accessible and accurate information, as well as systemic support for women and men in family planning.
Founder and President of the IVF Centre Association Sandra Jovanović explained that the “Za srce više” counselling centre was created out of the need for people to have a safe place where they can receive verified information, professional support and understanding.
The National Fertility Campaign was launched by the Office of Minister Macura, in cooperation with the IVF Centre Association and with the support of the Government of Serbia.
