Prime Minister Professor Đuro Macut, MD, DSc, talked today, on the sidelines of the World Governments Summit 2026 in Dubai, with Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze and Georgian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Bochorishvili about the improvement of bilateral cooperation between the two countries and mutual support in international organisations.

The interlocutors highlighted the importance of strengthening political dialogue, as well as cooperation in the fields of the economy, culture and tourism, with a special emphasis on connecting economies and exchanging experiences.
Prime Minister Macut invited the Georgian side to participate in the event "Wine Vision by Open Balkan", bearing in mind that Georgia is considered the cradle of wine tradition.
Georgian representatives expressed the hope that Serbia would open an Embassy in Georgia in the near future, which would further contribute to strengthening overall relations between the two countries.
