Prime Minister Professor Đuro Macut, MD, DSc, met today, together with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Adrijana Mesarović, with employees of power distribution company Elektrodistribucija Srbije (EDS) and public forest management company Srbijašume who participated in the clean-up of the consequences of the recent severe weather conditions.

On this occasion, Macut expressed gratitude to his interlocutors for their responsibility, correctness, sacrifice and care for all citizens of Serbia, adding that during the snowfall they showed responsibility, solidarity and professionalism, and that they are the heroes of this period of the year.
According to him, by caring for others and themselves in extremely difficult weather conditions, they helped to overcome the problems as soon as possible.
Macut said that the employees of these companies, with their dedication, responsibility, great effort, commitment and sacrifice, represent a good example of how to respond to a problem and resolve it jointly and as a team.
I think that teamwork is the best example of how we can connect in other areas of the economy, but also in other spheres, the Prime Minister pointed out.
