Prime Minister Professor Đuro Macut, MD, DSc, attended today the opening of the newly-built Miloš Crnjanski primary school in Novi Sad, a unique example of a modern school complex designed to respond to the diverse educational and developmental needs of students.

Macut highlighted the importance of investing in modern educational infrastructure, pointing out that the school, which spans almost 12,000 square metres, provides a safe and functional space for more than 1,300 students and is among the largest educational institutions of its kind in Serbia.
According to him, this school will be a place of learning, growth and talent development, which confirms the state’s commitment to continuous investment in education.
The Prime Minister said that investment in educational infrastructure is a long-term investment in the development of society and the country’s future.
This project represents a good example of cooperation between the state and provincial governments, the Prime Minister emphasised, adding that the Serbian government will continue to fully support initiatives aimed at improving the quality of education nationwide.
