Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Adrijana Mesarović spoke today with Swiss Ambassador to Serbia Anne Lugon-Moulin about enhancing cooperation between the two countries in the field of economy and investment.
The meeting also discussed new opportunities for joint projects that will contribute to the development of the Serbian economy.
Mesarović stated that the partnership that Serbia is building with Switzerland is an important pillar for strengthening economic ties and opening new prospects for the citizens and economy of Serbia.
She recalled that large Swiss companies, such as Nestlé and Barry Callebaut, are already successfully operating in Serbia.
The Deputy Prime Minister stated that, in order to attract additional investments and create new jobs, an agreement was reached to begin preparations for organising a major business forum.
