Macut strongly condemned the violence and attacks against the police that occurred last night on the streets of Belgrade by hooligans following a gathering at Slavija Square.
Serbia is a democratic society where opinions can and must be expressed peacefully and in a civilised manner, without endangering public safety or disturbing public order, the Prime Minister emphasised.
He called on all parties to de-escalate tensions and behave responsibly.
Only through dialogue, mutual respect, and adherence to the law can all challenges be resolved. Serbia needs peace, stability and joint efforts toward a better future, Macut stressed.
