In a cordial and open conversation, the Prime Minister shared his thoughts on the current social situation in the country.
Special emphasis was placed on the government's activities regarding the preparation of amendments to the Law on textbooks.
The government's goal is to introduce a national package of textbooks in subjects of national importance, published by a single national publisher, in order to define and standardise the content for primary school level in the subject matter.
The Prime Minister also presented the current state of the government's efforts in the field of normalising the work of higher education institutions, i.e. the continuation of the educational process.
In this regard, progress has been noted in talks with representatives of the University of Belgrade and the readiness of both sides to overcome the current situation and normalise the educational process.
His Holiness welcomed and blessed the aforementioned activities for the general benefit of all citizens, expressing satisfaction with the progress in the implementation of these activities.
