Serbian Minister of Science and Environmental Protection Aleksandar Popovic said that the structure of investment in the field of science can be divided into two parts: investment in equipment and facilities.
Popovic stressed that in the next two years nearly €21 million will be invested in capacity building and capital investment in science, nearly €5 million in ITs and electrical engineering while around €5 million will be invested in science parks.
According to him, the purpose of this investment which is the biggest one in science in the past 15 years is to triple the amount of gross national product invested in science so far.
