Prime Minister Professor Đuro Macut, MD, DSc, met today with High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas to discuss the continuation and potential acceleration of Serbia’s EU integration process, as well as the Belgrade-Priština dialogue.

Macut underlined Serbia’s unequivocal European orientation, emphasising the need to accelerate the country’s European integration process.
The Prime Minister expressed confidence that concrete steps along that path would soon be discussed, such as the opening of Cluster 3, which has been pending for three years.
He stated that Serbia is fully committed to reform processes aimed at alignment with EU criteria, aware of the importance of reforms primarily for the benefit of its citizens.
The meeting was also attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Đurić, Minister of European Integration Nemanja Starović, EU Special Representative for the Belgrade-Priština Dialogue Peter Sørensen and Head of the EU Delegation to Serbia Emanuele Giaufret.
