Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Đurić held a courtesy meeting today with Ambassador of Hungary to Serbia Jozsef Magyar and emphasised that the close relations between the two nations are the greatest wealth and the best pledge for the future.
Regarding Hungary's support for our European integration, Đurić emphasised that Serbia highly appreciates the fact that Hungary is one of the main proponents of enlargement, pointing out that he is particularly pleased with the upcoming Hungarian presidency of the Council of the European Union.
The interlocutors also discussed the development of mechanisms for expert consultations and exchange of experiences, which would be extremely useful for Serbia in the process of joining the European Union as its strategic commitment.
