At a press conference, Matic recalled that SIEPA is for the third time taking Serbian companies to this fair, adding that CeBIT is the biggest event of this kind in the world. Last year, there were over 3,000 exhibitors at the fair and more than half a million visitors, she said.
According to Matic, the latest trends in the information technology are presented at this fair and it is a unique opportunity for Serbian companies to present their ICT solutions to the international public and meet new contacts.
She specified that the Serbian stand of 105 square metres will be situated in the hall number 004 and a notice saying "Enter Serbia – Key to Success" will be put up at the stand.
Matic added that apart from SIEPA, the participation of domestic companies at the fair is supported by the Serbian Enterprise Development Project (SEDP), financed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
The following Serbian companies will take part in the CeBIT 2006 fair: Breza Software Engineering, Cim College, Europos, the Mihajlo Pupin Institute, Mega Computer Engineering, Novatronic, Perhard Engineering, PSC, RT-RK, Spinnaker – Com Trade Group, Telefonija, Veridix, Virtual Team and Zesium Mobile, concluded Matic.
