Prime Minister Ana Brnabic met today with Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Osamah bin Dakhel Al Ahmadi.
On that occasion, Ambassador Dakhel Al Ahmadi presented the Prime Minister with a letter from His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, inviting her to visit Saudi Arabia in the coming period, in order to personally exchange views on bilateral relations and international issues of common interest.
The Prime Minister underlined that she is particularly pleased with the invitation to visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the year marking ten years since the establishment of diplomatic relations.
Brnabic assessed that there are good foundations for improving overall cooperation between the two countries and specified that there is a huge and unused potential for deepening cooperation in the fields of the economy, new technologies, electronic business, information security, defence, and culture.
She assessed that the visit of the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia to Serbia would provide an exceptional contribution and give a special boost to the overall development of relations and cooperation between our two countries.
The interlocutors welcomed the establishment of the Serbian-Saudi Business Council and stated that the cooperation between businessmen of Serbia and Saudi Arabia has great potential.
The Ambassador concluded that there are many areas for improving cooperation and expressed his desire to intensify dialogue in all areas of mutual interest.
