Improvement of strategic cooperation with Azerbaijan

Brnabic stressed that the areas of economy, trade and energy are of exceptional importance for the cooperation of the two countries, adding that Serbia is committed to further development and improvement of strategic cooperation.
The Prime Minister expressed her gratitude to Azerbaijan for its unequivocal position when it comes to respect for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Serbia, and in connection with that country's vote against the decision to initiate the procedure for considering the request of the so-called Kosovo for membership in the Council of Europe.
The Prime Minister congratulated the Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan and its great jubilee – 100 years since the birth of national leader Heydar Aliyev.
