During a tour of the newly opened section, Vucic said that due to financial results that are better than projected, Serbia will launch new large investments in roads across the country, for which the European Investment Bank will provide between €300 million and €500 million.
This year we expect the signing of large contracts, thanks to somewhat better results and I congratulated Prime Minister Ana Brnabic and Minister of Finance Sinisa Mali on that, the President underlined.
He specified that he received official budget data, according to which in the first three months instead of a budget deficit of RSD 74.9 billion or around €680 million, Serbia had a deficit of RSD 28.6 billion or €245 million.
Vucic stated that only a successful state, and a successful state is the one that is responsible and serious, which has a serious and responsible leadership, can build its country without the increasing public debt.
