Minister of Education Branko Ruzic talked today with Minister of State for Public Education and Advanced Technology of the United Arab Emirates Sarah bint Yousef Al Amiri about the possibilities for expanding cooperation between the two countries in the field of education and new technologies.

Ruzic pointed out that one of Serbia's priorities is the digitalisation process, including digitalisation in education, which is why schools are getting equipped continually with IT equipment and new digital classrooms are provided.
Al Amiri said that in the UAE, when it comes to education, the focus is also on developing students' IT skills, as well as developing the digital and other competencies of teachers.
According to her, these are the areas where future cooperation with Serbia should be focused, along with the area of secondary vocational education.
