Serbian Minister of Health Tomica Milosavljevic, Japanese Ambassador to Serbia-Montenegro Tadashi Nagai and directors of the Clinical-Hospital Center Zvezdara, the Mother and Child Health Care Institute of Serbia and Prokuplje Health Center, Zoran Ivankovic, Dragutin Trickovic and Aleksandar Djozic respectively, signed today an agreement on a donation from the Japanese government worth 18.9 million dinars for these three medical institutions.
Speaking at the press conference held after the signing of the agreement Milosavljevic expressed gratitude to the Japanese government and said that the greatest benefit from the equipment, that will be bought with the donation, will be gained by the citizens and that he is certain it will be used correctly.
The Japanese government until now has provided health establishments in Serbia-Montenegro with more than €14 million in aid.
