In a statement for Pink Television, Brnabic pointed out that the President of the Republic Aleksandar Vucic did not sign anything in Brussels, recalling that our red lines are the non-recognition of "Kosovo" and that there is no membership of "Kosovo" in the United Nations.
She stated that the part of the international community, which participates in the negotiations, is now even more vocal about the formation of the Community of Serb Municipalities and assessed that the reaction of the Pristina politicians to that meeting in Brussels shows that Serbia defended its red lines, because mutual recognition, that the Pristina side insists on, is no longer mentioned.
The Prime Minister pointed out that there is no longer talk of mutual recognition, but of the normalisation of relations, adding that the President of Serbia fought for it, just as he fought for the Community of Serb Municipalities with executive powers.
According to her, he advocated for us to have an agreement that states what the executive powers are, what the statute is, how it is drawn up, what it means for the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija and how it protects Serbia in Kosovo and Metohija.
