First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic and the newly appointed Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Serbia Anke Konrad assessed today that the bilateral relations of the two countries are very good and extremely developed in all areas, especially in the economic sphere.

Dacic underlined that in the past year the total trade exchange of goods and services approached the figure of €8 billion, and at the same time expressed the interest of our side in the continued cooperation and further investments by the German side.
Konrad pointed out that the Federal Republic of Germany is ready to continue intensive political dialogue and improvement of mutual trust with our side.
She particularly highlighted the necessity of full implementation of the Brussels Agreement and the agreements reached by the two sides in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.
Also, the Ambassador underlined Germany's support in the process of accelerating Serbia's European integration.
