Prime Minister Ana Brnabic will lead a delegation of the Republic of Serbia at the Berlin Process 2022 Western Balkans Summit, which will be held in Berlin on 3 November.
This year’s summit will be opened by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, and President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen is one of the participants.
Brnabic will give her presentation in three working sessions on the topics: "Regional cooperation and regional common market", "Energy supply security and transformation" and "The future of the Berlin Process".
Also, it is planned to sign three regional agreements on mobility.
On the sidelines of the summit, the Prime Minister will meet with Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland James Cleverly.
Brnabic's meeting with representatives of the Youth Forum and the Civil Society Forum is also planned, as well as a meeting with German businessmen in the organisation of the East German Economic Committee and the Assembly of German Chambers of Commerce.
The Berlin Process is an initiative that supports regional cooperation in the Western Balkans and complements the European Union's enlargement policy, and it was initiated by the Federal Republic of Germany at the Summit in Berlin in 2014.
