The decision was made bearing in mind that the energy crisis on the world market continues to cause a threat of a critical shortage of this commodity, essential for the citizens of the Republic of Serbia.
The government adopted the Action Plan for the implementation of the Strategy for the Social Inclusion of Roma and Roma Women in the Republic of Serbia for the period 2022-2024, by which the activities for achieving the goals of this strategy were elaborated, and for this purpose, funds in the amount of RSD 720,868,500 were set aside.
The primary goal of the Strategy is to improve the quality of life of Roma men and women in the Republic of Serbia, while respecting human and minority rights, eliminating discrimination and gypsyism as a form of racism, and achieving greater social inclusion in all segments of society.
