The Serbian government adopted at today's session the Decision on the permission to export wood briquettes, which are exempted from the ban on the export of certain wood assortments of essential importance for the Republic of Serbia.
In previous years, most of the production of briquettes was sold on the European Union market, considering that the demand on the domestic market is small.
At the proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, a Decree was also adopted which redistributes funds allocated for direct payments. This regulation ensures the continuous payment of incentives for the milk premium.
The Fifth Periodic Report on the Implementation of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities was also adopted at the session. This report refers to the period from 2017 to 2021, but it also presents certain novelties in the legislation adopted after 2021.
The Ministry of State Administration and Local Self-Government and the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue will jointly prepare for the upcoming elections for national councils of national minorities.
