Prime Minister Ana Brnabic sent today a telegram of condolences to the families of the miners killed in an accident at the "Soko" coal mine.
"I was very shaken by the news of the horrible tragedy that occurred this morning at the "Soko" mine, in which eight miners lost their lives.
By doing one of the most difficult jobs, they were contributing to the development of our country every day. We must not and will not forget their daily work and effort, dedication and courage.
There are no words with which we can alleviate the pain of the families of the victims. What we can do though in this moment is to provide all the help to the families. I also wish a quick and easy recovery to the miners who got injured in this morning's accident.
On behalf of the Serbian government and my own behalf, I express my deepest condolences to the families, friends and fellow citizens of the victims.
May they live in eternal glory", reads the telegram of condolences by the Prime Minister.
