At the panel, Brnabic pointed out that European integration and regional cooperation are the most important priorities of Serbia, adding that the Open Balkans Initiative is a key regional project for Serbia that will contribute to the development of the entire Western Balkans.
In the context of that initiative and regional cooperation, she singled out three key areas: transport connections, i.e., development of railway and road infrastructure, energy stability and diversification of supply sources and cooperation in the field of environmental protection.
The Prime Minister sent an invitation to foreign investors to invest in Serbia and said that, according to various international reports, the business environment in Serbia is extremely good.
EBRD President Odile Renaud-Basso said that the Western Balkans region has great potential and that investors should invest in it, calling on everyone to work on further improving the business environment.
According to her, the EBRD will continue to support projects in the field of green transition and digital transformation.
