Speaking on Pink Television, Brnabic said that the price of $270, which Serbia got yesterday, is approximately four times lower than the price paid by some other countries and for which a cubic meter of gas costs around $960 or even over $1,000.
She assessed that this agreement can be a great incentive for investors, because it is a great thing for them when they know that there will be gas in the next period and what its price will be.
The Prime Minister pointed out that she heard from President Vucic yesterday immediately after his conversation with Putin that they covered all topics and that what Russia has done for Serbia is a great gesture of friendship and partnership.
This is in line with our policy and vision that Serbia is moving towards the European Union, but is also strengthening and developing ties with Russia, the United States, China, Turkey and other countries, the Prime Minister said.
The Prime Minister underlined that we have shown that we are coping well in the situations of crisis and that it is to be expected that investments, which are closed elsewhere because there is no gas, will come to Serbia.
