In a meeting with Simson, on the sidelines of the P-TECC ministerial meeting, Mihajlovic pointed out that we are working to significantly increase our energy efficiency and get more energy from renewable sources, which is important for reducing harmful gas emissions and sustainable use of natural resources.
According to her, the financial and technical support of the EU will be very important to us, so that we can go through that process as efficiently and successfully as possible, because it is not a local or regional, but a global issue and it concerns all of us.
Simson pointed out the important role of Serbia in the Energy Community, and stated that investments in Serbia are an investment in the future of the region and Europe.
She pointed out that the energy transition brings numerous issues, but it is important that it will not happen overnight, nor is it possible to complete the entire process quickly.
