The Serbian government adopted today the Draft Law on Environmental Noise Protection, which harmonises this area with the regulations of the European Union in a comprehensive manner.
The aim of the Draft Law is to establish a unified system and determine protection measures in order to reduce the harmful effects of noise on human health, set limit values and provide the public with access to this information.
The proposed solutions envisage preventive noise protection measures that refer to planning and construction.
The government adopted the Conclusion on accepting the donation of 200,000 doses of the COVID-19 SPIKEVAX vaccine (formerly Moderna) from the Republic of Poland.
The Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Fiscalisation was also adopted, which extends the deadline until 30 April 2022 for the transition to the new system, which envisages the possibility of using, in addition to the cash register, tablets, mobile phones and ordinary or thermal printers, as well as a combination of hardware and software components of the device.

The government adopted the Conclusion regarding the report on the situation in the dairy sector and the consent to take the necessary actions to improve the situation in the dairy sector in order to mitigate the consequences caused by the COVID-19 disease.
The government also passed a decision to declare the summer house of the Pejacevic family in Jarkovci a cultural asset, as well as a decision on determining the protection measure, the border of the protected environment and the protection measure of the protected environment of the cultural monument of the building of the Metropolitan Church in Novi Pazar.
