Brnabic expressed satisfaction with the fact that the state has invested significant funds in Sijarinska Banja and reiterated that this is an area of huge potential.
An important project that we need to work on in the future, and which we have now agreed on, is the connection with Kursumlija via Radan Mountain. In that way, we will connect Sijarinska Banja with three beautiful spas in Kursumlija – Prolom, Lukovska and Kursumlijska or Kraljevska Banja, Djavolja Varos, and we also have the Caricin Grad there, the Prime Minister pointed out.
She stated that there is a huge potential for tourism in this area and pointed out that the state will continue to invest in Sijarinska Banja, Medvedja and Jablanica district, primarily in tourism because it is difficult to bring foreign investors to some of the municipalities in that district.
According to her, that is why we need to invest more in our natural resources, farmers, entrepreneurs, micro, small and medium enterprises, that is, to do everything we can on our own, not to rely on foreign direct investments in such areas.
If they come, they are welcome and we will support them, but while we are waiting and preparing the environment to bring them, we need to see what we can do only with our people from here, the Prime Minister pointed out.
Brnabic stated that she will stay in the Jablanica district for the next two days, adding that she will visit Lebane and Bojnik today, and that she will go to Leskovac, Vlasotince and Crna Trava tomorrow.
The intention is to come to every local self-government, see at least one project we have done and talk about what we need to do and where we need to invest in order to further build and raise Serbia, she explained and added that, after Jablanica, her visits to Toplica and Pirot districts will follow.
