At a press conference, Matic said that SIEPA and the Ministry of Agriculture have already helped a group presentation of ten Serbian companies at the international food fair ANUGA 2005, that took place in early October in Cologne, Germany.
Serbian Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Ivana Dulic-Markovic stressed that the aim of participating in such events is to present Serbia in the foreign market with a wide range of products, as well as to provide opportunities for domestic companies to familiarise themselves with the latest trends when it comes to array of products and their presentation in the market.
Representatives of the companies that exhibited products in Cologne (“Marni”, “Agranela”, “Foodland” and “Atle”) expressed their gratitude for the help received and added that the visit to Germany has helped them to make contacts with large commercial chains who are interested in their products.
