The Serbian government, on the initiative of President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic, is preparing a decision on financial support to citizens who have been vaccinated against the COVID-19 infectious disease.
The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Health are already working on the proposal of the solution, and the citizens will be informed in the coming days about how to apply for that help.
All citizens of Serbia who receive at least the first dose of the coronavirus vaccine in the Republic of Serbia by May 31 will be entitled to financial assistance from the state in the amount of RSD 3,000.
The deadline for applications will be 15 June and all Serbian citizens older than 16 can apply.
To exercise the right to financial assistance, it does not matter which vaccine the citizens received out of the four available in our country, and those are the vaccines produced by Sinopharm, Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Sputnik V.
The Serbian government urges all citizens once more to get vaccinated against the COVID-19 infectious disease, first and foremost to protect their own health and the health of their loved ones.
Vaccination is the only way to return to the life we remember before 2020 and the coronavirus pandemic.
