Prime Minister Ana Brnabic chaired today the meeting of the Working Group for solving the problems of bars and night clubs caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

Brnabic pointed out that she was aware of the economic consequences that the coronavirus pandemic has already brought to nightclubs and bars, and that the Government and the President of the Republic Aleksandar Vucic are committed to seeking the best, but also the fairest solution to this problem.
She stated that another type of sectoral assistance is being considered and that the state is looking for a way to identify nightclubs and bars, considering that such bars are one of the most affected in the entire economy. The reason is that during the previous more than a year, most of their work was mostly limited.
Given that nightclubs and bars do not have a unique activity code, it was agreed that a proposal would be made by the next meeting according to which nightclubs and bars could be identified in a fair and unique way.
