Prime Minister Ana Brnabic announced a new session of the COVID-19 Crisis Response Team for today at 16.00, adding that before that she will meet with the expert part of the team to examine the possibility of relaxing epidemiological measures.

In a statement to Television Pink, Brnabic said that a stagnation and even a mild drop in coronavirus infections is visible in Belgrade, which has the greatest number of vaccinated citizens.
We will try to relax measures a bit more although they are among the mildest in comparison to other European countries, but at the same time we will take care to maintain good results in the fight against the virus, Brnabic said.
She confirmed that 57,600 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine arrive tonight in Serbia, on Monday we will receive another 106,000 doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, and half a million more doses of Sinopharm vaccine is expected to arrive on 5 or 6 April.
Expressing gratitude for the vaccines from the COVAX mechanism, the Prime Minister stated that so far our country has managed to procure approximately 2.5 million vaccines through bilateral cooperation.
In Serbia, 1,454,000 adult citizens have received the first dose of the vaccine so far, which is a quarter of the population, Brnabic said, emphasising that the goal is for at least 40 percent of citizens to receive the first dose by the end of April.
We intend to reach every village, every local community, and the application for vaccination continues through the eGovernment portal. President of the Republic Aleksandar Vucic will be vaccinated in Rudna Glava and I expect that this will bring new interest in vaccination, she explained.
The Prime Minister highlighted the huge success of vaccination of people from the region in Serbia, and assessed that it was a way to raise common security, because without safe people in the region, people in Serbia are not safe either.
European and world media recognised Serbia's good intentions and a PR effect worth several hundred millions of euros was achieved, Brnabic said.
