Prime Minister Ana Brnabic confirmed that the first vaccines against the coronavirus for vaccination of the population will arrive in Serbia by the end of the year, stating that the Pfizer vaccine will arrive first, because our country signed a contract with that manufacturer first.

In last night's appearance on Pink Television, Brnabic explained that we signed bilateral agreements with companies Pfizer, Sputnik V and Cinefarm, and voiced hope that we will receive vaccines from Chinese and Russian partners, hopefully in larger quantities from January and February.
Asked whether the Russian vaccine will be manufactured in Serbia, she said that negotiations are underway with the Russian side.
On Saturday, Russia sent to the Serbian Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices 50 more doses of Sputnik V vaccine for the purpose of registration. In the course of the week they will also send some reagents and documentation.
