Prime Minister Ana Brnabic stated today that one of the measures currently being considered in order to combat coronavirus is the introduction of a mandatory PCR test for those who come to Serbia ahead of the upcoming holidays.

At the online conference of the American Chamber of Commerce, Brnabic stated that the daily consideration of measures and what still needs to be done in order to keep the situation under control continues.
She pointed out that work is continuing on the prevention of possible catastrophic scenarios, in order not to close the economy, or to close it as little as possible, noting that it will be considered whether another type of support for the economy will be needed next year.
When it comes to vaccination, Brnabic stated that it is in the interest of as many people as possible to receive the vaccine, which will be free but not mandatory, and expressed concern over a survey according to which only 20 percent of people in Belgrade want to be vaccinated.
