Prime Minister Ana Brnabic met today with President of the National Council of the Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation Isabelle Moret and thanked her for the support that her country gave to Serbia and thus contributed to the crucial economic and political reforms, especially in the field of digitalisation and dual education.

Brnabic told Moret that Serbia still has a lot of work to do, and that with the support of the Swiss Confederation, work is being done on the general digitalisation of the country through the development and construction of science and technology parks in Nis, Novi Sad and Cacak.
The Prime Minister stated that in cooperation with Switzerland, Serbia is working on two important projects – the first being the system of financing local self-governments, which should lead to greater decentralisation and updating of the cadastre. The second project is the systematisation of social cards, which should provide a more efficient social protection system.
Moret emphasised that Switzerland is still willing to continue to provide support to Serbia in both the political and economic fields.
