Prime Minister Ana Brnabic talked today with Director of the US International Development Corporation (DFC) Office in Belgrade John Jovanovic about the projects in which Serbia and the DFC would work on.
Prime Minister Brnabic pointed out that the key priorities of the new government of Serbia will not change, and that the focus will remain on further economic growth, investment in new infrastructure projects and scientific and technological development.
The DFC Office Director pointed out that the proposed framework of cooperation is very good and assessed that there is room for expanding cooperation, especially in infrastructure projects, agriculture and the IT sector.
Jovanovic also mentioned the development plan for small and medium enterprises as an important segment.
The importance of further development of Creative Industries and plans for opening creative districts were also discussed at the meeting, as well as another segment in which cooperation between Serbia and DFC could take place.
The officials estimated that the future cooperation will contribute to the strengthening of relations between Serbia and the United States.
