The government adopted the Bill on confirming the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Argentina on mutual legal aid in criminal matters, which will provide for efficient legal cooperation between the state bodies of the two countries.
The Bill on confirming the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Argentina on the transfer of the convicted persons and cooperation in the execution of criminal penalties was also adopted.
The government adopted the Bill on confirming the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Argentina on extradition, so that the persons prosecuted in one country or already convicted could not escape the trial or the serving of the sentence by fleeing to the other country.
With the same goal, the Bill on confirming the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Belarus on extradition was adopted today.
